About
Perceive Psychotherapy
Our mission is to provide clients with the therapy they seek and the therapy they deserve. Cooper is driven to stay adept in current theories and concepts. Additionally, he commits to putting clients in the driver seat to their own lives as he truly believes they know their lives best. Perception is everything, especially in psychology and emotional health. Cognitive theories inform an idea that undesirable behavior stems from thoughts that may be irrational but that we believe to be true. If one transforms their perceptions they likely transform their behavior. Cooper also believes in the worth of every individual. He hopes to unlock clients’ own perceptions of self-worth and value, hence, Perceive Psychotherapy.
